Virtual Field Trip to New Roots Farm Incubator Coop

New Roots has had several opportunities this fall to bring their story to others. In October, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture interviewed three farmers as New Roots was featured as one of the five farms showcased in Minnesota for the Farm to School Project. More than 30 classrooms plus 100+ individuals watched the interview that day. It has become a key outreach tool about New Roots. Farmer interviews plus photos and video filmed during the summer and fall provide a great visual introduction to this project.
